This remote, part-time opportunity is ideal for academics and researchers with strong publication records who can evaluate scholarly manuscripts, provide expert feedback, and contribute to maintaining high academic publishing standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Review submitted manuscripts to assess originality, relevance, and contribution to the field of Management.
• Evaluate research design, methodology, data analysis, and overall academic rigor.
• Examine literature reviews to ensure the inclusion of relevant and current scholarly references.
• Assess whether research findings are clearly presented and whether conclusions are supported by the data.
• Provide detailed, constructive, and objective feedback to help authors improve their work.
• Identify any ethical concerns, inconsistencies, or areas requiring clarification.
• Submit reviews within specified deadlines while maintaining confidentiality throughout the review process.
• Make publication recommendations to support editorial decision-making.

Job Requirements

• PhD or an equivalent advanced degree in Management or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five published papers in SCI or SSCI journals within the last three years.
• Strong understanding of academic research methodologies and publication ethics.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and evaluation skills.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet review deadlines.
• Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and objectivity.
• Previous experience as a peer reviewer for academic journals is an advantage.
• Familiarity with online manuscript submission and peer review systems.
