Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking a talented Motion Designer to create engaging animations, motion graphics, and interactive experiences across its digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about transforming complex financial concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability, strengthen brand identity, and improve customer engagement through motion design.

Job Responsibilities
• Design and prototype motion interactions, micro-interactions, and animations for web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, illustrators, and marketing teams to incorporate motion into product features and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain motion design principles and guidelines within the design system.
• Create high-quality animations using tools such as After Effects, Figma, Framer, Principle, and similar platforms.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and technical feasibility of motion designs.
• Improve animations and interactions based on user feedback, testing results, and performance insights.
• Research emerging motion design trends and industry best practices to support product innovation.
Job Requirements
• Strong experience in motion design, UI animations, and interactive design projects.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, Framer, Principle, Lottie, Rive, CSS animations, or related tools.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, easing, and motion physics.
• Experience contributing to and working within scalable design systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, illustrators, and marketing professionals.
• Knowledge of prototyping techniques and tools for communicating motion concepts.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive motion design practices.
• Ability to balance visual creativity with usability and performance requirements.
