Job Description

VivaFemini Limited is hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead product delivery and Agile execution in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong experience in product management, sprint planning, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery operations. The successful candidate will oversee the product delivery pipeline, improve development efficiency, and ensure product milestones align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the complete product delivery process using Zoho Sprint, including project setup, epics, user stories, story points, and sprint tracking.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Use Miro to map user journeys, workflows, feature ideas, and project dependencies before development begins.
  • Identify and resolve delivery blockers by coordinating with developers and stakeholders to maintain sprint progress.
  • Manage and prioritize the product roadmap based on user needs, business goals, and funding milestones.
  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to validate product decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Communicate technical concepts and product priorities effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Agile projects with Zoho Sprint, including backlogs, sprint planning, velocity tracking, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Miro for user journey mapping, workflow design, and remote collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve team productivity, manage backlogs, and deliver successful sprint outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience presenting technical progress and product updates to business stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in Healthtech, Femtech, or Marketplace products is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Jira or ClickUp is beneficial.
