Mar&Mor Integrated Services Limited is recruiting a qualified PMO Engineer to support the successful delivery of mechanical engineering projects. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, ensure quality standards are met, monitor project progress, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in MEPF or building services who possess strong project coordination and technical expertise.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and specifications for compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance activities to ensure systems meet industry standards.
• Coordinate with MEPF teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Respond to client technical inquiries and provide project support throughout execution.
• Assist with procurement activities by reviewing technical specifications and evaluating materials.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, preferably within MEPF or building services projects.
• Professional certification such as COREN or equivalent membership is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
