Job Description

Erayti is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Partnerships & Growth Associate to support business expansion through strategic collaborations and customer acquisition initiatives. This remote opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy networking, building partnerships, and contributing to the growth of an innovative AI startup while working independently.

Location: Fully Remote (Lagos-based only)

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with business communities, creators, ecosystem partners, and organizations.
  • Drive customer acquisition by introducing Erayti’s solutions to vendors and small business owners.
  • Plan and execute partnership campaigns that increase user adoption and brand awareness.
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with partners and customers.
  • Represent the company at relevant startup, technology, and business events when required.
  • Track partnership activities, outreach efforts, leads, and overall growth performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements
  • Experience in partnerships, business development, sales, growth, or community building.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for technology, startups, and supporting small business growth.
  • Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Salary & Benefits
