A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Recruiting Partner to drive end to end recruitment across multiple teams in Africa. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong stakeholder management, talent sourcing, and project management skills who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about building diverse, high performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and secure top talent across Africa.
• Develop recruitment strategies, interview plans, and sourcing approaches for various roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring performance and decision making.
• Advise hiring teams on market trends, hiring timelines, compensation, and role requirements.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Source exceptional talent through multiple recruitment channels and professional networks.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of high volume, full cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring exceptional operational or technical talent.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Experience using recruitment data and metrics to drive hiring strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience recruiting for software or technology roles is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, GEM, and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
