Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute user-centered design strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI delivery.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers throughout product development.
  • Design scalable UI components and contribute to an evolving design system.
  • Promote accessibility and inclusive design best practices across products.
  • Create engaging interactions and motion designs that improve usability.
  • Mentor junior designers and support continuous improvement within the design team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior product design or UX role.
  • Strong expertise in UX/UI design, interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
  • Experience designing responsive products for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong understanding of usability testing, user research, and UX analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of motion design tools such as Lottie, After Effects, or Principle is an advantage.
  • Experience working in fintech or SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
