Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer environments through an intelligence platform and deliver timely intelligence alerts and reports.
• Investigate cyber incidents, threat actors, attack techniques, and emerging security threats affecting customers.
• Resolve Tier 1 technical issues experienced by users of the threat intelligence platform.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clarification on intelligence alerts and security reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate intelligence delivery and customer support.

Requirements

• Availability to work rotational 24/7 shifts throughout the year.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of WEBINT, OSINT, HUMINT, source verification, data fusion, and intelligence analysis.
• Experience working with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer support abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and cybersecurity methodologies.
