Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Prepare and file statutory taxes, including VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), PAYE, and Companies Income Tax (CIT).
  • Liaise with FIRS, LIRS, CAC, and other regulatory agencies on tax and compliance matters.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Analyze financial data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, including VAT, WHT, PAYE, and CIT.
  • Experience with FIRS filing procedures and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with CAC annual returns and regulatory obligations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of IFRS documentation and audit processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple financial transactions with a high level of accuracy.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new accounting systems and technologies.
