Aiteo is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support its compliance and corporate governance activities. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, audits, and risk assessments across business units.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities.
• Support compliance awareness initiatives and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualifications in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in compliance, risk management, audit, governance, or a related function.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance principles and corporate governance practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
