Job Description

An Oil & Gas firm is looking for a Procurement Lead with great knowledge of importation, logistics, Incoterms, and NOGICD. requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, tenders, bid evaluations, supplier selection, POs, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage supplier performance and local/international procurement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, Nigerian Content regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor procurement budgets, costs, and delivery timelines.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years’ procurement experience in Oil & Gas or EPC-related environments.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of importation, logistics, Incoterms, and NOGICD requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, NIPEX, or other procurement/ERP systems.
• CIPS or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
