Job Description

Nigerian Air Force is Recruiting Tradesmen/Women and Non-Tradesmen/Women.

Eligibility: Nigerian citizens by birth

 

Requirements

  • Be Nigerian citizens by birth.
  • Meet the applicable age requirements.
  • Meet the specified educational requirements.
  • Meet Nigerian Air Force medical and employment standards.
  • Be free of previous conviction(s) on criminal grounds by a court of law.
  • Requirements for the Nigerian Airforce Tradesmen/Women and Non-Tradesmen/Women Recruitment

General Eligibility

  • Applicants must be at least 1.66m tall for males and 1.63m for females.
  • Applicants must be medically, physically and psychologically fit.
  • Applicants must meet Nigerian Air Force medical and employment standards.

Tradesmen/Women Requirements

  • Applicants must be between 18 and 27 years by March 1, 2027.
  • Applicants with ND/NCE must have at least a lower credit from accredited institutions.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English Language, in not more than two sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS.
  • Applicants for driving and other trades requiring a Trade Test must have the required Trade Test certificate.
  • Applicants for driving positions must have a valid driving licence.
  • Sportsmen/women must provide evidence of professional sporting experience, including certificates and medals, in addition to the five-credit SSCE requirement.

Non-Tradesmen/Women Requirements

  • Applicants must be between 18 and 22 years by March 1, 2027.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English Language, in not more than two sittings in
  • WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS.
  • Applicants must also possess Primary School Certificates and Secondary School Testimonials.

 

Upon successful completion of the application, applicants should print

  • Acknowledgement Form
  • Parent/Guardian Consent Form
  • Local Government Area Attestation Form
  • The Local Government Area Attestation Form must be signed by one of the authorised persons specified in the recruitment guidelines.
