Van Sales Representative (VSR)
Job Description
Abelinis Limited is an award-winning experiential marketing and project intelligence agency in Nigeria. Incorporated in 2007, the company specializes in brand activations, events, sales promotions and production, helping major brands drive customer engagement and field execution. The company is recruiting to fill the position of Van Sales Representative with five openings available.
Location: Abuja (FCT), Benue, Edo, Ogun and Plateau
Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned volume and billing targets.
- Visit assigned outlets, take orders, sell and deliver products directly to customers.
- Manage assigned routes and ensure effective outlet coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with customers and maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure product availability, visibility and proper execution across assigned outlets.
- Gather and report relevant market and competitor information.
- Accurately capture customer orders, sales activities and other field data using digital sales tools.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on market activities and performance.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of an HND or OND with relevant sales experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and relevant driving experience.
- Previous experience in sales, FMCG or field marketing.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Strong selling and territory management abilities.
- Target-driven and commercially minded.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
- Basic digital literacy and ability to use mobile sales applications.
