Zealand Properties is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Team Lead to drive revenue, lead a high-performing sales team, and consistently deliver sales targets.
Salary: Competitive + Commission + Performance Incentives
Key Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience leading a real estate sales team.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- HND/Bachelor’s degree.
