Job Description
A leading Employer of Record (EOR) and Professional Employer Organisation (PEO) operating across Africa are looking for a Business Operations Lead to lead an HR team in delivering HR services to clients across Africa, while driving revenue growth, service delivery and client relationships. Consulting experience is key.
Location: Lagos
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations and Client Success
- Proven track record of supervising HR operations
- Consulting experience is essential
- Experience leading HR teams in delivering HR services to clients across Africa
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or M.Sc. is an added advantage
