Job Description
A leading HR Consulting firm is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to partner with the CEO in driving group-wide growth, market expansion and commercial performance across Africa, while leading business development, client relationships and high-performing teams. Consulting experience is key.
Location: Lagos
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Leadership exposure within consulting, professional services or human capital-driven organisations
- Consulting experience is essential
- Proven track record of driving transformational growth and influencing senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, market expansion and business innovation
- Previous experience in Business Development or Relationship Management
- MSc in a relevant discipline; relevant executive certification programmes are an advantage
