Job Summary:

The Head of Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth for CIG Motors’ commercial vehicle division. This strategic position requires a creative and results-oriented professional with expertise in developing and executing impactful marketing plans and strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing data to measure success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and track industry trends.
  • Develop and manage the company’s brand identity and messaging for the commercial vehicle segment.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders. Manage corporate communications and public relations activities.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to engage with target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and outdoor.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, such as conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Oversee the creative development of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and video assets.
  • Implement strategies to generate qualified leads for the commercial sales team.
  • Manage lead nurturing campaigns to convert leads into customers.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a multinational environment
  • Possess bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in relevant courses or MBA
  • Belong to professional certification bodies in marketing
