Sales Executive
Location: Federal Palace Hotel & Casino Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to joinour prestigious fivestar hotel in Lagos.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
