Position: Internal Audit & Compliance Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦170,000 per month
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Audit & Compliance Officer to oversee auditing processes and ensure regulatory compliance within the organization. This role is crucial for maintaining accountability and supporting the company’s risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial and operational controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Identify and report on areas of risk, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor corrective actions and follow up on audit findings to ensure resolution.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in internal audit or compliance.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with auditing software.
