Architect Needed at Pristine Global
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
Industry: Real Estate / Property Development
Pristine Global is seeking a skilled Architect to oversee the design and planning of new projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to bring visions to life. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture within the real estate industry, with strong design and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and plan new buildings and projects, creating detailed sketches and layouts.
- Manage project workflows from concept to construction, ensuring alignment with client and contractor needs.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Apply analytical skills to assess design challenges, propose ideas, and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; relevant professional certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate or property development.
- Strong design and project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software and design tools.
