Sageto Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative / Human Resources Officer to support day-to-day operations and HR functions. This role is ideal for an experienced professional skilled in administration and human resources management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Support recruitment processes, including screening and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Assist in coordinating employee training, performance evaluations, and development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in administrative or HR roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
