Job Description
The Human Resources and Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, supporting operational activities, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Candidates must be female and possess a background in Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate training, performance management, and employee development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and/or operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
