Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Conduct stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve variances effectively.
- Forecast inventory needs using demand trends, sales data, and historical records.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment and availability of stock.
- Generate inventory reports to analyze performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
