OES Energy Services Limited is seeking motivated and passionate engineering graduates to join our 2025 Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to provide hands-on training, mentorship, and career development opportunities in the energy sector. Successful candidates will gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment, preparing them for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in engineering operations across different departments, including petroleum, mechanical, and electrical functions.
- Participate in on-the-job training, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop technical and professional skills.
- Work with experienced engineers on projects to solve real-world industry challenges.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Recent graduates or candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
