Job Opening: 

WaterAid Nigeria is seeking a motivated Finance & IT Intern in Abuja. This role is designed to offer young professionals hands-on experience in financial management and IT within an international development organization, enhancing skills for a potential career in the development or professional sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage petty cash, ensure accurate documentation, and perform cash reconciliations.
• Assist with posting transactions in financial systems and performing monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain and organize accounting records, filing, and documentation.
• Support partner fund transfers and provide updates on staff account balances.

Requirements:

• BSc or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Scheme.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
