Job Overview
An established organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Trainer to lead training sessions, deliver impactful presentations, and support capacity-building initiatives. This role involves designing and executing training programs tailored to the needs of professionals in Consulting, FMCG, and Telecom sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions for diverse groups.
  • Develop and implement customized training materials and learning tools.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to participants.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and improve content delivery.
  • Stay current with trends in adult learning, sales techniques, and industry-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of HND in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in training and capacity building.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent ability to read an audience and adapt delivery accordingly.
  • Demonstrated communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge of sales training practices, particularly within Consulting, FMCG, and Telecom sectors.
