The Account Executive will focus on managing and growing relationships with credit union clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored data and analytics solutions. Success in this position requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to engage senior stakeholders, and a deep understanding of financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of credit union clients and develop strategies to expand existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client and business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and customer success to deliver value-driven solutions
  • Monitor account performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to support client success and internal strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record of growing accounts and revenue
  • Background in financial services, technology, or related industries
  • Experience working with or selling to credit unions
  • Strong understanding of corporate financial priorities and revenue-driven strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve consistent double-digit revenue growth through solution-based selling
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders across marketing, risk management, acquisitions, and collections functions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
