RateHawk is a fast-growing travel management platform designed to simplify and enhance travel experiences for businesses and travelers alike. As we expand our footprint in Nigeria, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help us strengthen partnerships within the region’s travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and OTAs.
- Actively identify and onboard new business partners to grow RateHawk’s presence in the Nigerian travel market.
- Provide exceptional client support, ensuring partners maximize the benefits of our platform and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or business development within the B2B travel industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of Nigeria’s travel market, including key players and B2B travel networks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with API technology deals is a plus.
