Job Description

Location: Oke-lewo, Abeokuta, Ogun State
Salary: NGN 70,000 – 100,000
Experience: 1 – 3 years

A reputable company in Abeokuta is seeking to hire a skilled Account Manager to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting in line with standard accounting practices. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using accounting software and interpreting financial data to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of transactions
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Use accounting software such as Busy and QuickBooks to manage accounts

Requirements:

  • BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1 – 3 years proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting regulations and procedures (GAAP)
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Hands-on experience with Busy and QuickBooks
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
