Job Description
An international SaaS and technology company is seeking an Account Manager to oversee growth accounts within its global commercial team. The role involves managing mid-tier customer portfolios, ensuring client retention, driving adoption of solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This is a customer-facing position that requires strong relationship management, commercial insight, and proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture assigned growth accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while achieving renewal and revenue growth targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews, deliver insights, and serve as the customer’s trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with support, product, and implementation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor account health metrics and provide actionable data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field (SaaS background preferred).
- Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data in decision-making.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
