Job Description
Vibes Suites Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage it’s financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the management team with accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, budgets, and financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist with tax preparation, statutory remittances, and financial audits.
- Monitor financial operations and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or service-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
