Responsibilities
- Manage financial records, including budgets, payroll, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare regular financial statements, reports, and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting to guide financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
