Job Description

Regal Pavilion Facilities Limited is currently recruiting for the position of an Accountant. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and budget management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records with proper documentation of all transactions
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
  • Oversee inventory tracking and prepare related invoices for both monthly and quarterly periods
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Monitor expenditures, support budgeting processes, and ensure tax compliance

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, or related software
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with relevant tax laws
  • Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA) will be considered an added advantage
