Accounts / Finance Associate

A reputable organization in Lagos is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts / Finance Associate to support its finance and consulting operations. This role is ideal for a professional with strong financial expertise, consulting experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset who can contribute to strategic financial planning and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Conduct financial analysis to guide business and investment decisions
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Provide advisory support on financial and consulting engagements\

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Social Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline)
• 4 – 7 years of experience in Consulting or Finance
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and business performance analysis
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
