Job Description

Location: Lagos State (Apapa, Ajah to Mayfair Gardens)
Work Mode: Field-based with occasional office presence
Salary: ₦100,000 (Monthly Net)

A growing organization is seeking a motivated and target-driven Acquisition Associate to join its sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in fieldwork, passionate about sales, and experienced in client acquisition, particularly within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers within designated locations.
  • Promote products and services to new clients through direct field engagement.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of OND or NCE.
  • Must reside within Lagos State (Apapa, Ajah to Mayfair Gardens).
  • Proven ability to sell and meet targets.
  • Previous sales experience in the banking industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
