About the Role
A reputable organization in Ikeja, Lagos is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin / Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and office administration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing records, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, including inventory, equipment, and facilities management.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and submit monthly Management Accounts, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure timely preparation of Statutory Accounts and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in stock management, job costing, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good knowledge of applicable tax laws, codes, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
