Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: NGN 350,000 net/month
An established hospitality company in Ikoyi, Lagos is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or restaurant management, combined with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate all office procedures to support daily operations.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and facility management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with basic HR functions such as staff scheduling, performance tracking, and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role within the hospitality or restaurant sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior HR experience or exposure is an added advantage.
