Guidant Financial is hiring a skilled Administration Support Specialist to join its remote team. The role focuses on supporting 401(k) Administration Services by managing workflows, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with financial and client processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative workflows supporting the 401(k) Administration Services team with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle precise data entry, document updates, and maintenance of plan and participant records.
- Process and submit contribution corrections, payment requests, and plan amendments in compliance with regulations.
- Support reconciliation activities for contributions, forfeitures, and employer deposits.
- Assist with client communications, year-end filings, and Small Business Association (SBA) documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless process execution and timely delivery of administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1–3 years of general office or administration experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of 401(k) Plan Structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL Regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.

Compensation: $22 – $24 per hour (Annual equivalent: $45,760 – $49,920)
