Location: Remote
Salary: N150,000 / Month
A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide virtual administrative support. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks to support executive and team needs.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain organized digital filing systems.
- Assist with CRM data entry, reporting, and basic project management using collaboration tools.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain professional discretion.
Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Hold an HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Have 2–3 years of experience in administrative, virtual assistant, or executive support roles.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; advanced French is a plus.
- Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello).
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is required.
- Show strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive approach.
- Maintain high attention to detail, accuracy, and responsiveness.
