A reputable organization is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. This remote role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a background in administrative support, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to an efficient and professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize digital files and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Provide support in handling internal and external communications.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
