Worknigeria is looking for a skilled and motivated Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline our office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in administrative roles, and experience in managing teams to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
  2. Manage office staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high productivity.
  3. Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
  4. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  5. Prepare and manage reports, budgets, and schedules as needed by senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in administrative roles, with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
