Job Description
A reputable organization in Ikoyi, Lagos is seeking a well-organized and proactive Administrative Officer to support the smooth operation of daily office tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and live within close proximity to Lagos Island.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and physical mail
- Schedule and organize calendars for meetings and staff appointments
- Maintain the functionality of office equipment and manage supply requisitions
- Draft and prepare internal memos, reports, and correspondence
- Handle filing and documentation systems effectively
- Arrange logistics for mail distribution and supervise office maintenance vendors
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline
- 2 to 4 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Must be aged between 20 and 30 years
- Must reside near Lagos Island (Ikoyi, Obalende, CMS, Victoria Island, etc.), as proximity to the office is essential
