A reputable organization is seeking a competent Administrative / Procurement Officer to oversee daily office operations and procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage procurement processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office operations, ensuring smooth administrative support across departments
  • Manage procurement processes including sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses, procurement documentation, and supplier communications
  • Organize meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence professionally
  • Support internal teams by managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in both administrative roles and procurement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom meeting setup
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with a proactive approach
