Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full lifecycle of student applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing from submission to final decision.
• Secure international admissions placements across various European countries.
• Provide career coaching support including CV development, interview preparation, job search strategies, and long-term career planning.
• Guide applicants through scholarship identification and application processes, including essays, recommendation letters, and documentation review.
• Communicate effectively with applicants, families, institutions, and partners regarding admission requirements and program options.
• Verify applicant documentation and maintain accurate records in compliance with data protection policies.
• Organize and support applicant-focused events such as open days, scholarship webinars, and education fairs.
• Track application progress, scholarship outcomes, and client engagement metrics to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure efficient decision-making and process improvement.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in student coaching, admissions management, or academic consulting.
• Strong ability to manage both coaching responsibilities and administrative workflows effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a student-focused approach.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Zoho Workspace, and document management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
