Job Description
An experienced and empathetic professional is required for the role of Admissions and Career Success Manager. This position combines career coaching with admissions management, supporting individuals through academic applications, scholarship opportunities, and long-term career planning. Key Responsibilities
- Provide career coaching support including CV/resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies
- Guide applicants through scholarship opportunities, including application essays, CV preparation, and recommendation processes
- Manage end-to-end admissions processes, ensuring timely and accurate application handling
- Support applicants with program selection, application requirements, and general guidance throughout the admissions journey
- Coordinate international admissions, particularly within European institutions
- Deliver career branding services such as LinkedIn optimization and cover letter reviews
- Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and seminars on career growth and scholarship applications
- Track client progress, provide mentorship, and maintain engagement within the career community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in student coaching, admissions, or academic consulting
- Strong communication skills with a student-focused and empathetic approach
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across coaching and administrative functions
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Zoho Workspace, and document management systems
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
