Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants to drive POS usage and transactions.
- Develop strategies to onboard new merchants and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze merchant performance, providing support to ensure service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver superior merchant solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Social Sciences or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in relationship management within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of POS operations and merchant services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
