We are seeking a skilled Amazon Customer Service Specialist with expertise in the automotive industry to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer support for our D2C brand on Amazon, with additional responsibilities across eBay and Walmart platforms. Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support
    • Respond to customer inquiries within 12 hours, ensuring prompt and professional service.
    • Monitor inboxes to address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex concerns.
    • Troubleshoot account health and seller support issues effectively.
  2. Product Knowledge & Communication
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the product line to provide accurate support and education.
    • Address negative reviews by escalating them to brand management and soliciting positive reviews from satisfied customers.
  3. Issue Resolution
    • Handle returns and resolve billing, delivery, and product suspension issues, including appeal preparation.
    • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve listing challenges.
  4. Documentation & Process Optimization
    • Create and refine SOPs and FAQs to improve customer service efficiency.
    • Support additional brand management tasks as needed to enhance overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a D2C e-commerce customer service role, particularly on Amazon (preferred), eBay, and Walmart.
  • Expertise in customer experience (CX) and knowledge of the automotive sector or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and Zendesk (or similar help desk tools).
  • Familiarity with team tools like Slack and Zoom.
  • Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • 1+ years of experience with project management tools like Monday.com (or similar).
