Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of SIM registration channels, trade partners, walk-in centers, Connect Stores, Connect Points, Mobile Lite, and other registration agents.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer acquisition and channel performance data to prepare weekly and monthly business reports.
  • Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle, including tracking, monitoring utilization, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of customer acquisition initiatives across assigned regions.
  • Maintain accurate databases to improve channel performance, reporting, and business decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date (YTD) performance measurement reports.
  • Provide operational support to the Customer Acquisition Manager and assist with SIM acquisition agent onboarding, training, system support, and exit processes.
  • Analyze industry best practices and recommend improvements to customer acquisition strategies.
  • Represent the organization at state-level regulatory meetings and communicate key outcomes to regional leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant specialization with experience collaborating across teams.
  • Between 3 and 7 years of professional work experience.
  • Experience in project planning, reporting, sales, marketing, or related operational functions.
  • Proficiency in data mining tools and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Previous telecommunications industry experience is an added advantage.
