Job Description

WTS Group is hiring an Appointment Confirmation Specialist to support sales operations by ensuring scheduled calls are confirmed, attended, and properly documented. This role focuses on outbound communication, relationship-building, and coordination with sales teams to improve appointment show-up rates and deliver a smooth experience for prospects.

Rate: $3/hr – $5/hr
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound confirmation calls to prospects who have scheduled appointments
  • Professionally reinforce the value and purpose of each scheduled call
  • Address objections, questions, or scheduling conflicts to reduce cancellations and no-shows
  • Send follow-up communications via email or SMS to confirm attendance
  • Accurately update CRM records with call outcomes, notes, and rescheduling details
  • Maintain daily tracker reports and provide timely updates to sales representatives
  • Share insights and feedback with sales managers on appointment trends and retention
  • Participate in regular team syncs with sales representatives and managers

Specific Tasks

  • Place outbound dials using the JustCall.io VOIP system
  • Update notes and records in Pipedrive CRM
  • Complete daily activity and performance trackers
  • Communicate upcoming call confirmations to assigned sales reps
  • Provide operational feedback to sales managers
