A reputable organization in the real estate and construction sector is seeking a skilled Architect to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with strong technical design expertise and advanced 3D visualization skills. The position focuses on delivering high-quality architectural output and supporting project execution from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation
• Develop and coordinate designs using AutoCAD and Revit
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders using 3Ds Max
• Support design development from concept stage through project execution
• Collaborate with project and site teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project requirements
• Revise and update drawings based on site feedback and management instructions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in architecture
• Strong proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • 3Ds Max (mandatory)
• Practical experience in real estate, construction, or property development
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required)
• Master’s degree in Architecture is an added advantage
